MANAGEMENT BOARD
Monika Grom – co-founder and Chairman of the Board – manages the company and takes part in audit and advisory projects.
Member of ACCA – an international organization associating professionals in accounting and finance. Statutory auditor enlisted on the index of the entities managed by the National Chamber of Statutory Auditors under a number 11224.
A graduate from Warsaw School of Economics and the School of Controlling in Katowice, she has a long term experience in managing finance, financial audit and company restructuring.
Expert in the scope of Polish and International standards of accountancy and financial reporting along with Polish legal environment especially in the scope of tax, accounting and financial reporting law, regulations of Stock Exchange, Commercial Companies Code and Labour Code.
